Neville leads the residential land and lot investment platform for Peachtree.  He is responsible for all aspects of residential acquisitions, development, and sales.  

Peachtree’s residential platform is focused on entitling and developing ideal lot opportunities for home builders, while providing consistently high returns for the firm. Neville has more than 18 years of residential real estate experience and has entitled, developed, or sold over 5,000 residential lots in his career.

Prior to Peachtree, Neville was the Managing Director of The Ardent Companies’ residential platform for 7 years, deploying over $100 million of capital in the residential space.  Prior to Ardent, Neville was the Director of Investments for Minerva Real Estate, focusing on distressed land and lot opportunities as well as large master planned communities throughout Georgia. Prior to Minerva, Neville was a Vice President for Synovus Bank’s special assets division, where he managed and sold a $1.2 Billion portfolio of non-preforming loans and REO properties.   Since 2019, Peachtree has transacted on over $50 million of residential real estate, consisting of over 1,100 residential lots in the Atlanta MSA.
