Natalie is responsible for directing strategic human resources management and advises all levels of the organization regarding effective people management, employee life cycle matters, and compensation principles.

Natalie has 15 years of experience in human resources and has consistently championed the growth and development of both individuals and businesses. She has a passion for fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning and unlocking human potential. Prior to joing Peachtree, she was the human resources director of OS National where she led stategic human resources management and guided all levels of the organization regarding effective people management, employee life cycle matters and compensation principles. Natalie started her career at a prestigious Atlanta law firms developing human resources systems, policies, and practices.Natalie earned her bachelor's degree in sociology and criminal justice from the University of Georgia.
