Michael is responsible for strategy, capital allocation and credit for Peachtree’s debt and equity investments. In addition, Michael leads Peachtree’s Real Estate Acquisitions, Hotel Development, Loan Acquisitions, and Venture Investment business.

Prior to joining Peachtree in 2017, Michael worked for Marcus and Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, where he was responsible for national market research, hotel asset valuations, inventory analytics and underwriting model development for all primary asset classes. During college, Michael worked with hotel owner-operators Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.Michael graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Management in Hospitality, concentrating in Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
