Dan is responsible for the operational oversight of all hotel development and acquisition undertakings.

This encompasses the nuanced processes of new hotel developments, acquisitions, asset dispositions, transformative renovations, and the forward-thinking conception of food and beverage outlets.

Prior to joining Peachtree in 2016, Dan served as corporate food and beverage director with Northview Hotel Group. His experience also includes leadership positions in food and beverage, as well as operations for several high end resorts. With an illustrious two-decade career in the hospitality and F&B sector, Dan melds creativity with strategic project management acumen. Under his leadership, more than 50 hotels, resorts, and innovative F&B concepts have seen successful conceptualization, branding, repositioning, and grand openings on a national scale.Dan holds degrees in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
