Charles brings decades of experience helping companies build their reputation and deliver results. With a blended skillset across investor relations, financial and corporate communications, Charles applies his breadth and depth of expertise to shape holistic strategies that work with internal and external stakeholders.

He has led numerous campaigns with internal, media, social and investor outreach components and is in his element leading high-visibility engagements.
First, as a consultant, Charles guided clients through a broad range of challenges, including investor and M&A communications, crisis strategy, strategic message development, and more.

As head of communications for Peachtree Group, a private equity firm focused on capitalizing on opportunities across inefficient markets, he provides strategic communications counsel to the leadership teams and other stakeholder groups and oversees external and internal communications.

Prior to Peachtree Group, he provided strategic communications counsel at WellCare Health Plans. Charles helped the company amplify its commitments to thought leadership, quality, service, and diversity and inclusion. He also helped launch the company's first Twitter handle and corporate blog and grew its presence across social and owned media platforms.

Before WellCare, Charles led the investor and corporate communications for the public company side of NASCAR, helping establish and cultivate the company's executive team's internal and external profile.
