Peter is responsible for underwriting both debt and equity investments at Peachtree Group.

Peter is a skilled hotel real estate professional with more than 20 years’ experience with a third-party hotel asset management firm, a large independent third-party hotel management company, a hotel brokerage firm and a hotel real estate consulting firm.

Prior to Peachtree Group, Peter served as vice president for 33 Degrees where he led debt capital raising efforts for the company’s hotel portfolio, headed the underwriting process and provided analysis and oversight for real estate development projects, real estate acquisitions and strategic partnership transactions. Peter holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Denver. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at his alma mater on the subjects of hotel feasibility and the valuation of lodging assets.
