Lee joined Peachtree Group in December of 2014 and has overseen several complicated conversions and challenging new-build development projects.

With numerous complexities of logistical, budgetary and scheduling challenges, he has successfully completed each of these with success.  He and his team's ability to solve problems and save money and time is critcal to a successful project. Lee and his team are instrumental in planning and executing, craddle to grave, on all our renovation and development projects. Prior to joining Peachtree, Lee’s career included working for several architectural firms in the Charlotte area. He also managed his own successful architecture firm and understands the importance of client satisfaction. Over those 12 years he had extensive experience in renovation and multi-family projects that triggered his career transition to hospitality project management. Lee successfully managed over 75 full hotel renovation and new build projects, ranging from new lobby and guestroom renovations to dual branded new builds. He has extensive experience in all areas of the development and construction process. Lee graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in architecture.
