Joe is responsible for developing and executing risk management & loss prevention strategies for Peachtree's hospitality management division, including managing worker’s compensation and guest liability claims.

Prior to assuming this role, Joe served as director of people & culture at Peachtree, providing human resources support to the field and corporate office team members. Prior to Peachtree, Joe spent 19 years in HR in the hospitality industry, including tenures at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, South Seas Island Resort & the Inns of Sanibel, Streamsong Resort and corporate support for a portfolio of 77 full-service and select-service properties in seven states. Joe graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mass Communications.
