Sameer Nair
Sameer oversees and implements asset oversight to Peachtree's real estate portfolio and preferred equity investments.
As an experienced asset manager with development and transactional experience, Nair brings unique experiences and capabilities to the firm. His insight and expertise in navigating the real estate landscape, coupled with a successful track record overseeing complete investment lifecycles positions him as valuable contributor in Peachtree Group's growth strategy.
With more than a decade of hospitality experience, Nair most recently was senior vice president of acquisitions and development for Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), where he sourced equity, debt and third-party management opportunities, growing the company’s hotel portfolio. Prior positions included Nair serving as vice president of investments and capital markets for Kolter Hospitality, where he oversaw more than $600 million in transaction volume across hotel investment and debt restructuring. He also held a similar position at Banyan Investment Group as vice president of hotel investments, closing more than $125 million in transaction volume, among others.
Nair received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the Nolan Hotel School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He is a Cornell Hotel Society member and an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Arthritis Foundation.
