Brian is responsible for operations and supporting investment objectives for Peachtree's broker-dealer affiliate, Peachtree PC Investors (PPCI).

Brian has a proven track record of driving growth, managing complex capital markets and implementing operations and compliance strategies. Before joining PPCI, Brian served as senior vice president of operations for Overlay Capital, a vertical-focused fund manager investing in venture capital and private investment opportunities. Brian also served as executive vice president and chief compliance officer with Preferred Capital Securities and was instrumental in efforts to raise over $3B of capital for six separate sponsors.

Prior experiences also include senior leadership positions in operations and compliance with a Fortune 500 fintech platform and multi-strategy fund of funds. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His FINRA licenses include Series 7, 24, 57, 63 and 79 securities licenses
