Mr. Ethridge serves as the Managing Director and Civil Manager for The Revive Land Group. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  A licensed Professional Engineer in GA, NC, SC, TN, and TX, bringing 33 years of extensive experience in site assessment, land planning, rezoning, preliminary engineering, permit applications, engineering design, contract documents and specifications for commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects.  Mr. Ethridge is a professional engineer of the highest caliber and his site design is recognized as one of the best in the industry.
