桃树集团团队发起了为期三年的浮动利率过渡贷款,占稳定评估价值的61%。

这座多户住宅占地31.74英亩,设有带现场物业管理的两居室、三居室和四居室单元、两个会所、两个游泳池、工作站隔间、游戏室、媒体室、可出租活动室、健身房、室内壁球和半场篮球场、沙滩排球场、狗公园和包裹接收中心。

Coastline将使用过渡贷款收益中的约500万美元来翻新单元内饰,将四居室单元改建为三居室单元,扩建场内便利设施并完成外部和公共区域的延期维护。
