Tracy Murley
Tracy is a seasoned hospitality sales executive with more than two decades of experience driving strategic growth, team performance and revenue across diverse hotel portfolios.
She joined Peachtree Group in November 2024 as regional vice president of sales for the Great Lakes region. In this role, Tracy leads sales training and development for property-level sales leadership, directs the planning and implementation of regional sales initiatives and partners strategically with brand global sales teams to optimize key account production.She also works closely with ownership groups, manages brand partnerships, monitors performance across the region and implements turn around strategies for under performing assets.
Before joining Peachtree, Tracy held senior leadership positions including vice president and head of hospitality sales and marketing at Group10 Management and director of focused service sales at Sonesta Hotels, where she led commercial strategy for more than 100 extended stay properties. Her leadership was instrumental in launching new brands, building high-performing sales teams and steering growth through significant brand conversions. Throughout her career, she has overseen sales strategy for portfolios of up to 180 hotels across North America, spanning major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Wyndham.
Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and supply chain management from Michigan State University and a master’s in accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
