Dale oversees the engineering, preventative maintenance, and MEP replacement support for Peachtree's full portfolio of hotels.

Prior to joining Peachtree in 2020, he held the corporate director of engineering and regional director of engineering positions at Hersha Hospitality Management where he oversaw the engineering, preventative maintenance, and MEP project management teams for 130 full and limited-service hotels across the US. Prior to Hersha, Dale worked his way through the ranks as chief engineer later advancing to regional director of engineering for GF Management and Pocono World Resorts. Throughout his career, he has completed MEP capital replacements totaling more than $400 million and has worked with all major hotel brands and independent hotels. Dale held the CEOE designation from the American Hotel and Motel Association for ten years, attended Hobart School of Welding Technology, is an EPA certified HVAC technician,member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and American Institute of Architects
