Carly Kay
Carly brings over 15 years of experience leading Human Resources teams in the hotel and venue management industries.
Before joining Peachtree Group, she served as the Human Resources leader for the Cobb-Marietta Coliseum & Exhibit Hall Authority, a complex comprising a convention center and performing arts center. Her career also includes overseeing HR departments for an independent hotel and real estate company and a hotel management group.
Carly has worked with prominent brands such as Omni Hotels, Loews Hotels, Marriott, Hilton, IHG and various independent hotels. While her responsibilities have spanned labor relations, payroll, benefits, employee relations and training and development, her true passion lies in discovering exceptional talent.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
